The short version
MilestonesHEP is built to hold as little about your child as possible. We never store your child's name, birthday, or due date. Ages are worked out on your device and only a short age note (like “~7 months”) is saved. An access code from a therapist points to a program, never to a named person.
What we store
For families: your account email, a nickname you choose for your child, a derived age note, the activities you save, and which ones you mark done. For clinicians: your account, the programs you build, and de-identified follow-through. Payment details (card, billing address) live with our payment processor, Stripe — not on our servers; we keep only a subscription status.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We never log a child's name or birthday to analytics. Clinician and family data are kept in separate systems and are never merged.
Children
MilestonesHEP is directed to parents and clinicians — the adult is always the account holder. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children (COPPA).
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account, and cancel a subscription in a couple of taps through the billing portal. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems.
Not medical care
MilestonesHEP supports developmental awareness and home practice; it does not replace evaluation or care from your pediatrician or therapist.
