What MilestonesHEP is
MilestonesHEP helps pediatric therapists build and share home activity programs, and helps families practice them. It is an educational and practice-support tool. It is not medical care and does not replace evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed clinician.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Clinicians are responsible for the appropriateness of any program they build and share for a specific child.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. We show the price and renewal terms before you pay. You can cancel any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then. Intro pricing, where offered, applies to the stated period and then renews at the standard rate shown at checkout.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it to store others' identifying health information in fields not intended for it. Clinician content is provided as guidance, not a substitute for clinical judgment.
No warranty; limitation
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Terran Through Milestones LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
