What counts as an active program?
A home program currently assigned to a family. Archive one when a family finishes or is discharged. Their logged history stays, and the slot frees up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing in your account. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to Free. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my families if I cancel?
Programs you already shared keep working, and nothing a family logged is lost. On Free you just can’t start new programs past the limit until you archive some.
Do families ever pay?
No. Families open programs free, with no app to download and no account to create.
How does the founding rate work?
The first 25 clinicians who subscribe at $89/yr keep that rate for as long as their subscription stays active, even if our prices go up.
Is there a team or clinic plan?
Group pricing for clinics is coming. Email us and we will set your team up in the meantime.
