How it works

From the clinic to your living room in three steps.

What you get

Everything your therapist showed you, in your pocket.

Each movement in your program looks like this: a photo, short steps, a tip for parents, and what you need to set up. Practice when it fits your day, and log it in one tap.

Bridge hold with toy reach

  1. Lie your child on their back with knees bent and feet flat.
  2. Hold a favorite toy just above their hips.
  3. Encourage them to lift their bottom to reach it, then rest.

Tip: Keep it playful. A song or a countdown helps the hold feel like a game.

You need: a small toy, a soft floor.

  • A photo and plain-language steps
Every movement shows a real photo and short steps written for parents, not clinicians.
  • Tips and what you need
Each one lists tips for parents and any equipment, so you can set up before you start.
  • Tap Done to log practice
One tap records that you practiced. Your therapist sees follow-through before the next visit.
  • Flag anything that felt hard
Mark a movement as hard and your therapist sees it, so the plan gets adjusted instead of guessed at.
  • Works on any phone
Open it in the browser you already have. No app to install, nothing to update.
  • Always free for families

How the code works

Questions families ask

What is the code, and do I need an account?
The 8-character code (or the QR or link that carries it) is how your therapist hands you a program. You create a free account with your email and a password, then enter the code. The account is what keeps the program on your phone and saves what you log.
What happens when the code expires?
Codes stop working 60 days after they are made, but once you have redeemed one the program stays on your account. You do not need a new code to keep going.
Can more than one caregiver open it?
Yes. A code can be redeemed 3 times, so a second parent, a grandparent, or a nanny can create their own free account and enter the same code. Each person logs practice from their own phone.
I lost the link or the handout.
If you already redeemed the code, just sign in and open Your programs. If you never got to redeem it, ask your therapist for the code again. They can read it back to you from their dashboard or send a new one.
My therapist changed the plan. Do I need a new code?
No. Changes your therapist makes to sets, holds, or which movements are in the program show up the next time you open it.

Something about your child’s program? Ask your therapist. They can see the same program you do.

Your child stays private. MilestonesHEP never stores your child’s name, birthday, or due date. There is no place to type them in.

  • The code maps to a program, not to a person. Your therapist keeps the connection in their own records.
  • Your account holds only your email, the programs you redeemed, and what you logged.
  • Your therapist sees practice and hard flags for the program they built. Nothing else.
